CEST – as THE research company in Austria for electrochemistry and electrochemical surface technology – has been providing its expertise and services around the topics of corrosion, hydrogen embrittlement, materials for the energy transition, surface technology and development of R&D competences for more than 20 years. The main areas of research at CEST are 1. functional interfaces and surface, 2. corrosion and 3. bioelectrochemistry and biosensors. During the last 8 years 14 projects were/are running at CEST with topic related to de-/anti-icing.
